UX Designer

Spire Soft is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly UX. This is a remote position, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work on exciting projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.

- Build and implement design systems that enhance the consistency and efficiency of our design processes.

- Execute all stages of UX design from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including wireframes and user flows.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

- Understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Have a keen eye on design issues and be willing to provide effective solutions.

- Must be able to work under minimum supervision.

- Willing to take ownership and lead projects as and when needed.

Requirements:

- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Experience in building and implementing design systems.

- Experience in creating and implementing wireframes.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

- Ability to understand requirements and develop design solutions as needed.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
